In theory yes — Hostaway as your PMS, Virtual Host AI as the guest-messaging layer — but Virtual Host AI currently reads guest messages through Smoobu's API, not Hostaway's. Native Hostaway support is on the roadmap; if your need is urgent, email support@virtualhost.at and we'll flag interest. Until then, the practical answer is: pick one based on your channel-manager choice.
If you're not ready to rip out your channel manager to get AI guest messaging, you don't have to.
