Billing, questions answered.

Do I pay per apartment or per property?
Per apartment, per month. A multi-unit property with 5 apartments = 5 slots × chosen plan price. Add or remove apartments at any time; your invoice reflects reality.
When am I charged?
On subscription creation (first charge, prorated to billing cycle end) and then monthly on the same date. Stripe handles billing — invoices are emailed automatically and available in-app.
What payment methods do you support?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay. SEPA Direct Debit on request.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period — you keep paid features until the renewal you already paid for.
Is VAT included?
No. All prices exclude VAT. Stripe calculates and adds the correct VAT at checkout based on your billing country. If you have a valid EU VAT number, it's handled via reverse charge.
Is there a free trial?
We don't offer an unpaid trial today. Instead, our 14-day full-refund guarantee lets you try any paid plan risk-free — if it's not for you, cancel and get every euro back.
