## What it does

Virtual Host AI replies to incoming guest messages within 30 seconds, in the guest's own language, using a property-specific knowledge base built from each host's structured guide. The AI knows when to step back: emotionally charged, urgent, or unusual messages are escalated to the host via Telegram.
